How Our General Contracting Works:

Initial Consultation: We begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and project scope. This can be done via phone, email, or in-person.

Estimate and Proposal: Based on the consultation, we provide a detailed estimate and project proposal. This includes a breakdown of costs, timelines, and the materials needed.

Paperwork: The Construction Contractors Board (CCB) of Oregon requires contractors to provide homeowners with an "Information Notice to Owner" when a written contract is signed for residential construction or remodeling. The notice must also be given if the contract price is more than $2,000. The notice should be written in clear, nontechnical language and include the following information:
Licensing, bond, and insurance requirements
Ways to avoid paying for the same materials and labor more than once
The right to file a complaint against a licensed contractor and be reimbursed from their bond
The rights and responsibilities of the owner and contractor under the Construction Lien Law

Scheduling: Once you approve the proposal and paperwork is signed, we schedule the project start date and provide you with a timeline. We strive to accommodate your schedule and minimize any disruptions to your daily life.

Project Execution: Our skilled team of professionals gets to work, ensuring that every aspect of the project is handled with the highest level of craftsmanship. We keep you informed throughout the process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.

Completion and Review: Upon completion, we conduct a thorough review to ensure everything meets our quality standards and your satisfaction. We will address any final touches or adjustments as needed.

Final Walkthrough and Handover: We perform a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Once approved, we provide you with all necessary documentation.

**Please note: We do not work on homes that contain asbestos. If you suspect your home may have asbestos, please have it inspected and abated by a qualified professional before scheduling services with us.
